  1. Take of moong dal.
  2. Use of oats.
  3. Provide of onion chopped.
  4. Get of tomato chopped.
  5. Provide of French beans thinely sliced.

  7. You need of ginger chilli paste.
  8. Provide of jeera.
  9. Prepare of hing.
  10. You need of ghee.
  11. Get of haldi powder.
  12. Prepare of red chilli powder.

  1. Chop the veggies. Wash and soak the dal.
  2. Boil the dal, oats & 1 tbsp ghee in a pressure cooker for 2 whistles first on high flame and then on slow flame till the 2nd whistle.
  3. Heat ghee in a kadai add jeera hing. Then add chopped onions saute for a few mins, then add all the veggies and ginger chilli paste saute for few mins, then add the spices haldi powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, jeera powder, kitchen king masala and salt cover and cook on medium flame for 8 to 10 mins then add chopped tomatoes. Cook till masala is in cooperated with the veggies.
  4. Then add the boiled dal and oats mix well. Simmer for few mins. Serve hot garnish with coriander leaves.
